1. Wow ran 21 miles in 3:23 and it was effortless. NAH it HURT! Good that I got it in and it taught me a little about pain.

1. Nothing like a Thursday Brick. 17 miles on the bike followed by a 7 mile run. Ran same pace as yesterday after the bike. Yahoo !

August 25th

1. I ran a nice 7.1 run in a very comfortable 8:30 min per mile pace. Felt great and even sprinted up my hill to end with a bang.

1. Wow. Brain said stay home. Nah no rain is going to stop me and even the kick in the gut (side stitch) cud ruin my 3.7 mile run. Now wet.
